HR SUPERVISOR
 
The HR Supervisor oversees key human resource functions including employee discipline and relations, compensation and benefits, government remittances, and recruitment. The role ensures that HR operations are accurate, timely, compliant with company policies and labor regulations, and aligned with organizational goals. The position also supports management in fostering a fair, efficient, and employee-centered workplace.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least three (3) years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory  
Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and DOLE compliance requirements
Proficient in disciplinary management, payroll processing, and employee relations
Familiar with recruitment and selection processes, performance management, and HR policy implementation
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Approachable and professional demeanor
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong sense of accountability and initiative
Willing to travel on work assignments
