We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resource Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource practices and processes specially ISO standard processes. They will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives, and implement the ISO standard processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
Recruitment and Selection
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Employee Relations
Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
Mediate and resolve conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
Training and Development
Identify training needs and organize professional development programs.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making necessary adjustments.
Performance Management
Implement performance appraisal systems and provide constructive feedback.
Work with management to develop performance improvement plans.
Compensation and Benefits
Develop competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.
Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Maintain up-to-date employee records and handle confidential information.
HR Policy Development
Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures.
Ensure that HR policies align with business objectives and comply with legal requirements.
Workforce Planning
Analyze and forecast workforce needs to support business growth.
Develop strategies for talent retention and succession planning.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
