HR SUPERVISOR
Job Responsibities:
Responsible for the Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, and HRIS of the entire organization. Coordinates the generation of HR related reports and system related requirements. Implements and monitors strategic programs that align HR initiatives with key business strategies and goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
College graduate of Behavioral Science, or any relevant course
Preferably has at least 3 years of HR work experience in a supervisory capacity
Keen on details and highly organized.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Adept at problem-solving and decision-making.
Excellent time management skills.
Exposure to Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits and HRIS System.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications.
