Job Description:
The HR Supervisor will be responsible for overall Human Resource and Administration transactions related to Manpower Planning, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Employee Relations, and others. The focus of the role will be to lead and develop the HR team and review and improve processes where required.
Qualifications:
Graduate of AB/BS Major in Psychology or any Behavioral Science course
With experience in Human Resource management preferably coming from a manufacturing company
At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory capacity
Familiar with Philippine Labor Laws and other Human Resource processes
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Flexible in time schedules and can handle work pressure at all times
Willing to work in Mabalacat, Pampanga
Associate / Supervisor Human Resources Food Production 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
