Supervise and monitor the recruitment team, to ensure manpower requests are met on time by job posting and sourcing in different job sites and social media hiring groups.
To assist HR Manager in implementing Company Code of Discipline and other tasks that maybe assign from to time.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as HR Generalist
Experience in the retail industry is an advantage
With experience in handling Promodisers and or merchandisers
Can work under pressure and without supervision
Must be a BS Psychology or Business Administration graduate or any four (4) yrs. course
Male or Female

With s strong know ledged in end to end recruitment , Familiar in handling employee relations
