We are seeking for HR supervisors who will guide and manage all facets of Human Resources Department including Recruitment, Performance Assessment, Employee Relations, Off-boarding and Health and Safety on workplace.
Responsibilities:
Managing workflow.
You are responsible for creating a work environment that legally complies with labor laws.
Training new hires.
Creating and managing team schedules.
Reporting to Managers and Stockholders.
Evaluating performance and providing feedback.
Identifying and applying career advancement opportunities.
Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in BS Psychology or Human Resources Development Management Relevant
2 to 3 years work experience.
Experienced in an HR Role
Strong moral and ethical code
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and teaching skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Willing to work Holiday's and Sunday as needed.
