HR- COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Primary Responsibility:
 
To ensure that the employees concern pertaining compensation (payroll, Allowances, and 13th month pay), benefits (Medical Insurance, government remittance, leaves, etc) and DOLE requirements are properly and timely addressed.
Job Description:
Process end to end company Payroll
Checks and ensures that all outgoing, resigned, AWOL, w/ suspension) are omitted/ hold in the crediting of payroll
Prepare and remit monthly statutory contributions.
Process and Compute SSS Maternity and sickness claim.
Process online registration of new employees to government agencies.
Process online posting of government remittances payment.
Process the registration of newly open company to government agencies.
Computes last pay of outgoing employees.
Does Income Tax Return per request of employees
Monitor timely preparation of employment contracts and appointment letters
Keep performance records and evaluations and monitor timely submission
Keep all 201 Files of employee's intact and updated form pre- employment to separation.
Prepare and keep all DOLE documents for compliance
Ensures employees will have their payroll accounts
Processing and issuance of ATM's
Utilizes payroll online facility crediting
Assisting HR Manager on escalated employee issues and concerns
Perform such other task as may be required by the immediate superior.
HR- RECRUITMENT
Primary Responsibility:
Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications
Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially social media
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business
Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation
Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other designations
Provide coaching and guidance to junior-level recruiting staff
Employee Relations Specialist
 
Primary Responsibility:
Offering counseling services to employees.
Participating in recruitment and firing processes.
Performing employee background checks and verifying information.
Communicating policies pertaining to Human Resources, compensation, and benefits.
Conducting exit interviews.
Collecting and analyzing employee data.
Using data to create employee profiles.
Organizing and updating employee files.
Adhering to regulatory standards.
Overseeing employee orientation and training.
Liaising between employees and management.
Managing employee complaints.
Undertaking communications and interpersonal skills training.
Arranging employee physical examinations.
Required skills and qualifications
Five or more years of experience in human resources
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Advanced knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods
Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person)
Ability to travel when required
Preferred skills and qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related field
Experience in developing in all HR facets strategy
Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities
