HR SUPERVISOR
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resource Management or Administration.
2- 4 years Experience in all HR functions: recruitment, employee relations, engagement, training, organizational development, evaluation, compensation and benefits
Has excellent English communication skills
Must be able to multitask and meet deadlines
Can follow instructions and is a fast-learner
Has a professional attitude towards co-workers and applicants
Working knowledge of ESL industry standards and practices
Must possess good knowledge of employment Labor Laws
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Preferably living in Cebu
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducts human resource policy program research and evaluation
Executes in the roll-out and implementation of HR programs and services
Participate in recruitment and employee processes when needed
In-charge of creation/revision of company policies and programs
Adhere to DOLE regulatory standards
Determine the accuracy of the legal documents related to employees
Administer progressive disciplinary policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with government regulations
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Provide general administrative support to personnel / management matters
Secure and protect by keeping information confidential
Capacitate tasks and functions as may be communicated by the Chief Executive Office
Prepare timely and detailed reports related to the HR Department
Manage and resolve employee relations issues/complaints by counseling staffs/management \
Support the Human Resource department in implementing programs to help improve the overall employee experience
