Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Annually reviews and makes recommendations to managers and officers for improvement of the Company's policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters.
2. Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensure Company's compliance.
3. Maintains responsibility for organization compliance with national and local legislation pertaining to all personnel matters, including, but not limited to timely remittances of SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG compliances.
4. Communicates changes in the organization's personnel policies and procedures and ensures that proper compliance is followed.
5. In charge of the review, preparation and administration of the Company's benefit, wage, and salary program.
6. Assumes responsibility for the hiring, evaluation, retirement/resignation and termination.
7. Coordinates or conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
8. Consults with legal counsel, as appropriate, on personnel matters.
9. Works directly with department managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters.
10. Recommends, evaluates and participates in staff development for the Company. At times, will be called upon to organize and coordinate staff training and development events.
11. Attends and contributes to regularly scheduled leadership meetings.
12. Performs training needs analysis and provides recommendations.
13. Leads HR team in conducting new hire orientation session and in the successful completion of the newbie onboarding.
14. Conducts basic training or orientation (i.e. Supervisory, Customer Service, Employees' Health and Safety, HR related government regulations, etc.)
15. Career Planning and Development
16. Provides recommendation on employee promotions, adjustments, alignments.
17. Champions the implementation of progressive discipline in the organization.
18. Develops and implements employee retention strategies.
19. Develops and maintains a Human Resource Information System that meets the Company's personnel information needs.
20. Supervises the staff of the Human Resource department and ensures correct and timely performance of duties.
21. Chairs the Committee of Decorum and Investigation.
22. Participates on committees and special projects and seeks additional responsibilities.

36. Prepares Contracts and Performance Bond of PCAB Contractors.
37. Ensures legal compliance in monitoring and supervising PCAB Contractors compliance with national and local legislation pertaining to the timely remittances for SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG compliances.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Preferably with Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology.
Proven HR manager experience of five years and above is expected.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and communication skills is essential together with proven leadership capabilities and solid knowledge of employment and labor legislation and its application.
Should be proactive team players with strong customer service and problem solving skills.
Keen attention to details
Has the ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy.
Proficient in using MS Office Applications
