Salary: Up to Php 27k
A Japanese Distribution Company in the Engineering industry is looking for an HR Supervisor who will be responsible for Sourcing and Recruitment, Timekeeping and Attendance, Labor Relations and Documentation.
Responsibilities will include:
Screening, interviewing and administering examinations potential candidates
Assisting recruitment in the screening process of applicants
Maintaining, updating and leading the processes for Admin and HR
Handling timekeeping.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Psychology
Preferably with experience in general HR
Strong leadership and people development skills
Good communication skills.
