Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years in Supervisory capacity preferably obtained from food manufacturing company
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge in HRIS/DTR system development and administration is an advantage
Good communication skills
Problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization
Required Skill(s): resourceful, self-starter, team-player, organize, keen to details
Preferably with masters degree
Job Description:
Assist HR Manager in the following HR functions.
Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
Monitor employee's status, facilitate employees movement from probationary, regularization to separation
Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports. Provides general administrative support to supervisor and management in areas including development and maintenance of employees' database system
Receives inquiries from personnel or managers in the absence of HR Manager and endorses the concern to HR Manager
Handles HR operations such as correspondence, communications and releasing of employee documents
Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actions
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts
Request information for higher level candidates from their previous employers and other references in order to determine applicants employment acceptability
