JOB SCOPE:
This position directly reports to the General Services and Administration Manager and is responsible for overseeing the administration of company benefits, governance, and general services in the organization.
This job also ensures all employee records are maintained and safekept according to data privacy guidelines. 
 
Job Specifications: 
Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology or Human Resources Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or any related courses 
At least two (2) years experience in Human Resource specializing in Compensation and Benefits processing and administration.
