COMPENSATION:
Starting salary is at 14,000.00-15,000.00
Monthly salary is negotiable based on experience
SSS, HDMF, PHIC, 13th month pay
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Employee Relations
Training and Development

Other HR Functions
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Preferably with at least 1 year of HR or administrative experience (construction industry background is an advantage).
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and government-mandated benefits.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
