Qualifications:
Must be a college graduate (HR related course preferred)
Previous experience in HR tasks is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
Proficient with Microsoft Office;
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and training of employees
Assist with compensation and benefits processing and coordination
Sort, organize, and file documents and records based on established systems
Retrieve, deliver, and update files; create new records as needed
Scan and digitize documents for electronic storage
Oversee administrative tasks for day-to-day operational support
Willing to work on-site within Cebu City.
