JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
Maintaining records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
Perform orientations, on-boarding and update records with new hires
Familiarity in payroll processing, compensation, benefits and appraisals and employee-relations
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management/Psychology/ Business Course or Any Equivalent Course
Wide knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development etc.
Good understanding of labor laws
Proficient in MS Office
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solver
Good decision-making skills
Strong ethical standards
