Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, or a related field
With experience of all HR facets (recruitment, employee relations, payroll and compensation and benefits)
Excellent leadership skills
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and Philippines' Labor Laws.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.
Strong reasoning skills and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Must have a positive work attitude, be results-driven, and able to work with a sense of urgency.
