Position Title: HR STAFF
 
Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
Address and resolve employee relations concerns.
Issue formal notices and disciplinary actions to employees as needed.
Monitor and manage employee performance and daily attendance.
Recruitment:
Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and compliance with pre-employment requirements.
Conduct company orientation sessions for new hires.
Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new employees into the company.
Performance Management:
Track employee performance, providing feedback and support as necessary.
Qualifications:
Preferably Female
With at least 1 - 2 years' experience in the Human Resource field
Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Required Skills:
Proficient in Computer & Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge in the Automotive Industry is an advantage
