HR STAFF
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Staff member to join our HR team. The successful candidate will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for supporting a positive workplace culture. Fresh graduates are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support employee relations by addressing employee inquiries and resolving issues.
Help coordinate training and development programs.
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee engagement.
Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Previous experience in an HR role is preferred.
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of confidentiality and ethical standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
