HR STAFF
Job Qualifications:
Male/Female
Graduate of AB/BS Psychology or BSHRDM or any course.
At least 1 year experience as HR staff with exposure to various HR facets
Can work under pressure.
Can communicate effectively among all levels of the company
Highly organized, result-oriented and can work with minimal supervision
Computer literate with skills in MS Office such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Responsibilities:
Handling daily operational HR tasks;
Provide administrative support to HR manager.
Handle records management both hard and soft copies.
Assist in HR projects and Employee Engagement activities
Handle end-to-end recruitment
Handling employee discipline
Has knowledge in compensation and benefits administration
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Handling progressive disciplinary actions
