With knowledge in Labor law Standards, handling employee grievances & disciplinary Action processes.

Must have work ethics and professionalism
Able to perform productive while under pressure
 
JOB QUALIFICATION
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree major in Industrial Psychology/Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course
Computer literate
Knowledgeable in using MS Office applications
With work experience in a wholesale/retail industry is plus
Goal oriented
