HR OFFICER
Job Description
· Has 3-4 years of proven experiences as an HR Officer Administrator or other HR Position
· Preferably a graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management or any business administration courses, further training will be a plus
· Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiaves and systems
· Providing counseling on policies and procedures
· Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
· All other related duties and responsibilities necessary to the abovementioned and as may be determined by the management.
