Handle and manage recruitment needs of the company
Maintain and update 201 file all employees (Filipino and Japanese)
Orient new employees with regards to company policies and regulations
Assist Administrative Manager in handling employee's complaints and issues
Monitor and prepare employment contract and job description of all employees
Monitor and update employee's personal information; project assignment, compensation; employment status and promotion
Prepare and distribute appraisal form on a yearly basis
Prepare notice of termination of contract of project employees upon instruction of supervisor
Prepare and submit list of terminated employees to the Department of Labor and Employment on a timely basis
Assist in implementation and organization of company policies
Handle employee benefits such as healthcard, Personal Accident Insurance and other mandated benefits by the law
Handle ISO documentation and processes related to HR Administration
Check allowances in employee's DTR per cutoff
Responsible in complying with KTMS.PH (IMS) procedures, work instructions of related processes based on the implemented Integrated Management System.
Completion of all KTMS.PH (IMS) documented information within the deadline, particularly with forms, checklists and/or other records necessary to the related processes, internal or external
Any task as directed by Supervisor and/or Top Management.
