Job Overview:
The HR Staff is responsible for handling tasks like recruitment and onboarding of new employees, attendance monitoring, dealing with policy violations, evaluating employee performance, managing and recommending policies, and assisting employees with their inquiries related to their jobs and employment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding
Facilitating the performance of due process procedures on employee misconduct and policy violations.
Managing attendance records and ensuring accuracy, necessary for payroll processing.
Coordinating with department supervisors and managers for employees due for performance evaluations.
Developing, suggesting, updating, and maintaining the existing employee handbook and company policies.
Responsible for processing timekeeping, payroll, contributions, deductions, and benefits.
Being the point of contact for employees' general inquiries and clarifications. Addressing concerns, resolving issues, and escalating as needed.
Any other duties that may be assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources or related roles.
Proficient knowledge of Philippine labor laws.
Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Exceptional communication skills.
Excellent people skills, with a people-oriented and passionate approach.
