HR STAFF
Responsibilities:
Capable of handling daily operational HR tasks;
Can provide administrative support to HR managers
Can handle records management both hard and soft copies
Ability to assist in HR projects and Employee Engagement activities
Can handle end-to-end recruitment
Has experience in handling employee discipline
Has exposure to various government agencies
Has knowledge in compensation and benefits administration
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Experience in handling progressive disciplinary actions
Qualifications:
Male/Female
Graduate of HR Management or any HR-related course
1-2 years experience as HR staff with exposure to various HR facets
Can communicate effectively among all levels of the company
Highly organized, result-oriented and can work with minimal supervision
Computer literate with skills in MS Office such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Willing to work in an office-based setting
Willing to be assigned in Mandaue City or Lapu-lapu City
