Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , BS Industrial/ Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business course or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee HR functions including but not limited.
Process Manpower Requisition both internal and external employees
• Perform end to-end Recruitment (sourcing, initial assessment, etc.)
• Monitors manpower requirements of respective departments;
• Maintains pool of candidates by monitoring existing files of applicants for future requirements;
• Prepare contract for newly hired employees and process Orientation
• Monitoring and checking of Plantilla- Employees for Evaluation
• Preparing and Process of clearances for resigned employees
• Record maintenance (Encoding to HRIS), ensuring confidentiality of all employees record.
