Job Description
Responsible for various HR functions which includes hiring/recruitment, selection and placement, compensation and benefits administration, records management, performance management system, employee relations, training and development and HR projects implementation.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, Behavioral Sciences or its equivalent.
With at least one (1) year of relevant work experience in Human Resource Management
Knowledgeable in all facets of Human Resources
