QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferably female.
BS Psychology Graduate or HRDM Graduate.
At least 1-2 years experience in HR Functions. (RECRUITMENT, EMPLOYEE RELATIONS, COMPENSATION and BENEFITS).
Knowledge in Labor Laws is required.
Flexible, Adaptable and Organized.
Good Communication Skills.
Can relate well in all levels of the organization.
Good Work Ethics.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS WORD/ MS EXCEL & POWER POINT).
