QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , (BSBA major in Human Resource Management, BS Psychology or AB Behavioral Science), or any field
Preferably with at least 3 to 6 months experienced in the same field
Knowlegable in Administering and Scoring Psychological Test.
Familiar in End to End process of Recruitment/Staffing.
Willing to do Field works with actual re imbursement of transportation and meal allowance
Applicants must be willing to work in QC
Monday to Saturday work but must be willing to render overtime, duties on weekends or holidays if needed

Responsible in end to end process of recruitment.
Conduct initial interview applicants
Responsible in Job Matching
Administer and Score Psychological Examinations

Attends regularly on weekly meeting with the Manager
Handle Mercahndiser Manpower
