Job description
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 6 months to 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
With experience in Compensation and Benefits is preferred.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review timecards to ensure employee's time is accurately recorded.
Consider payroll deadlines and timing.
Provide reports to management regarding employee attendance, tardiness, and productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations regarding work hours and overtime pay.
Assists/organize company events.
Performs other relevant administrative/HR facets and responsibilities assigned by HRO/ Manager.
