HR Sr. Generalist (Manager Level)- Individual Contributor
TTEC is seeking a Senior Human Capital Generalist to join our Enterprise Services team. This job will be based primarily in Metro Manila with some travel required across sites. This job will be remote for the time being but will be required to report to site as needed.

What you'll be doing:
Sr. Human Capital (HC) Generalist supports assigned business units and leaders to strategically address Talent needs. They develop and implement talent initiatives in support key business goals and strategies. They proactively identify human resource initiatives that will substantially enhance bottom line results and improve employee related gross margins.
What you'll bring to us:
Understand all key business initiatives and goals for each supported business area.
Deliver talent solutions to challenges affecting the success of the business.
Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding talent initiatives to the business. Develop a "Trusted Advisor" relationship with key leaders at multiple levels.
Partner with and leverage COE teams across human capital, total rewards, development, payroll, talent acquisition and legal.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance (coaching, career development, disciplinary actions)
Manage and resolve employee relation issues. Conduct investigations
Conduct exit interviews, review and analyze exit survey data to identify underlying causes of turnover.
Provide support for a variety of HC activities including employee relations, compensation administration, job evaluations, policy interpretation, etc.
Leverage reporting and data to drive analytics to better understand talent aligned to business results.
Participate in leadership meetings and drive the talent agenda.
Participate on project teams for company driven initiatives requiring a human capital perspective.
Work effectively within a matrixed organization.
What skills you'll need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum of 4 years of related HR generalist experience.
Experience in SHRM or continued education.
Strong experience in multiple HR disciplines (total rewards, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, etc.). We do have Centers of Excellence this person would partner with.
Proven ability to build relationships of trust with leadership (Executive Director and Director level)
Ability to influence leaders and teams of differing viewpoints to create positive outcomes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to coach and influence people leaders
Working knowledge of HRIS systems & system savvy
Passion for customer engagement and employee experience
