HR SPECIALISTS
 
QUALIFICATION:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Development.
At least 2-5 Year(s) of working experience in Human Resources.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
Professional and has a good work ethic in setting and achieving goals.
Hardworking, a team player, and a people person.
Willing to work onsite from Monday - Friday (9 am - 6 pm)
DUTIES:
Monitors and implements corporate policies and procedures
Excellent knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor regulations, negotiation, and personnel information systems.
Oversees operations of Human Resources
Handles employee discipline. Issues disciplinary action to erring employees in a careful manner and ensures employee violation is aligned to Code of Discipline and PH Labor Laws.
Recommends to the Top Management anything beneficial to both parties (company and employees)
Administers payroll, undertakes salary review and other remuneration issues.
Disseminate new company policies and announcements.
Recommends policies to management that might improve the existing ones.
