Onboarding new hires and introducing them to our client
Keep internal HR and CRM systems up to date when it comes to employee data
Creation and maintenance of 201 file
Serves as a liaison officer between government agencies and Deployed
Be on top of issues and resolutions related to HR processes
Confident in problem solving
Provide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures
Continuously recommend process improvements and future enhancements for current processes
Performs other duties as assigned
1-2 years' experience doing relevant human resources tasks
Must be available to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig)
Good understanding of the hiring and onboarding process
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Experience working in an offshoring/outsourcing company is not required, but would be an advantage
