Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promotion and termination
Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
Introducing new hires to the existing employees as well as the different department in the company
Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
Preparing and explaining contract to new hires
Scheduling applicants for test and interview
Conducting of initial interview and forwarding it to the assigned department head
Facilitating of test for applicants which includes explaining, checking and interpreting psychological test
Performs other job related duties as assigned.
Has a Background in Recruitment process
Strong Analytical and planning skills
Good Communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Development
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Human Resources Real Estate / Mortgage 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
