HR SpecialistData Analytics Ventures Inc. (DAVI)

An HR Specialist will be responsible for:
Managing talent acquistion and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes based on assigned account
Assisting employees in their concern related to timekeeping and ensure it is raised to POC for proper handling
Facilitating company-wide learning sessions
Coordinating external training requests and ensure timely submission for payment processing and training registration.
Facilitating and implementing new hire orientation and other HR programs
Gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development, Behavioral Science, Psychology and other relevant courses
Has at least 2 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist role
Knowledgeable in local labor laws
Has experience in HRIS such SAP HCM, Darwinbox and job ad platforms
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
Self-starter and proactive
Trustworthy and can safekeep confidential information
