Handles end-to-end recruitment which includes sourcing, screening of resumes, scheduling of interviews and/or examinations, checking of exam papers, maintaining of candidates database, providing recommendations for job offer and conducting background checks
Responsible for managing job postings in paid job ads, company website and thinks of creative ways to source for candidates such as use of social media and other sources
Assists new hires and employees with work station requests, COE requests, responds to inquiries on various HR related concerns, liases with different departments and other HR admin related tasks
Handles post-employment process, which includes processing of clearance and preparation of quitclaim document
Assists in the preparation and implementation of company events for employee engagement efforts
Perform such other and job-related duties as assigned
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related course
Should have at least 3 years work experience in recruitment. Experience in HR related work is an advantage
Good attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Can work independently and with minimum supervision
A team player and works well under pressure
