Job HR Specialist
- Create and implement programs at work that connect employees with the institution's goals.
- Conducts training classes by presenting job-specific, company-specific, and product-specific knowledge and skills
- Identify and evaluate business initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet company goals.
- Create effective strategic planning methods.
- Implement organizational effectiveness interventions.
- Create competency models.
- Maintains safe and healthy training environment by following organization standards and legal regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1 yr experience as Training Specialist
- Excellent communication skills (English and Tagalog)
