The HR Specialist will be responsible for smooth & continuous execution of different processes within Human Resources. They will be primarily responsible for end-to-end recruitment.

Job posting
Source applicants through social media
Invite applicants for screening
Conduct Interview
Conduct pre-employment examination
Manage Database
Support HR Supervisor in implementation of HR policies and procedures
Perform other clerical functions which may be assigned from time to time
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree Human Resources Management / Psychology / Business / Marketing OR equivalent.
Must be experienced in handling mass hiring/recruitment on a daily basis (at least 1 year of experience is required)
Must possess strong English communication skills (written and oral)
Detail-oriented and goal-oriented
Willing to work with a team, but can do tasks independently or under minimal supervision.
Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City (Hybrid setuip)
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Human Resources Marketing / Advertising / Sales 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
