Dealing with various HR queries (e-mail or call) such as policies and procedures, and liaising with HR business partners, Payroll, Benefits, Leave Administrators, Global HR operations team, as required to resolve cases.
Input data changes requests from Payroll/ Rewards/ HRBPs for employees -
Salary Change
Business Title Change
Allowance/ Incentive
Manager Change
Department Changes
Multiple Changes/ Bulk request
Any other organization attributes Change
Work with HR and/or Business Management and/or division compensation to initiate and key mass changes to data, mass uploads, etc.
Prepare letters for processed job changes following the approval process.
Validating personnel changes in Workday and approving them to be written to the database.
Create, update and terminate POI/ CWR Profiles as requested by hiring managers or part of the third-party provider report.
Key all transactions completed on case handling tool.
