Vector Outsourcing Solutions Phils., Inc. is looking for a dynamic and engaging HR professional with a strong background in Employee Engagement and Events Management. We need someone who can create meaningful activities, foster a positive work culture, and help strengthen collaboration across teams.Key Responsibilities:Employee Engagement & Events
Plan, organize, and spearhead activities that promote teamwork, employee well-being, and workplace culture.
Partner with different departments to identify engagement opportunities and initiatives.
Build and maintain positive relationships with team leaders and employees.
Employee Relations & Support
Assist in addressing employee concerns and feedback.
Track and maintain departmental timelines and events.
Support other HR functions when needed (e.g., employee documentation, coordination with external providers, new employee HR orientation).
Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other related courses.
Must have at least 1 year experience in Human Resources, handling Events and/or Employee Engagement.
Must have excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
Requires strong accuracy, attentiveness to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively with a team.
Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
Must have strong interpersonal skills.
Must be highly organized, sensitive to timeframes and deadlines.
Able to Work From Home, with reliable internet connection of at least 100 mbps
