HR SPECIALIST - COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
 
Qualifications:
BS Psychology Graduate, BSHRDM or Commerce Related Course
Knowledgeable in basic statutory reports
With experience in both Compensation and Benefits for at least a year
Keen to details and willing to be assigned at Mabolo
Must be committed at work with good working attitude
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the analysis of compensation and benefits programs
Point of contact in any salary movement 
Prepares movement letters such as transfer, promotion and salary adjustment - timekeeping
