HR SPECIALIST - COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The Role
 
The HR Specialist - Compensation and Benefits shall be responsible in formulating and documentation of HR-related policies, practices, memorandum, and correspondence. He / She shall be the company's document controller and shall work with other departments to ensure consistency of policy documentation practice across. He / She shall be the overall custodian of physical 201 file, filing physical file and maintaining digital records. He / She shall act as linkage to DOLE and other regulatory bodies. 
Key Job Responsibilities
Responsible in formulation of Human Resource Development Office (HROD) policies and procedures, memorandum, and correspondence.
Review Companies existing technical documents including workflows and manual.
Shall be the company's document controller and closely work with other departments to ensure consistency and standardization of documentation on policies, procedures, and work instructions across the organization.
Manages the distribution and re production of policies including dissemination.
Establish a strategy in ensuring policies and correspondence shall be cascaded to every employee.
Repository of physical 201 file and companywide policies, procedures, and work instructions. Shall create a system in managing the in and out of 201 file and other important HR documents.
Point person for compliance on surveys from DOLE, PESO, and other regulatory bodies.
Ad Hoc: Shall act as coordinator and closely work with HRBPs in implementing the DOLEs Family Welfare Program.
Performs task assigned from time to time with proper guide instruction and documentation.
Requirements to Succeed
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HRDM or business related course.
2-3 years of relevant experience. Experienced in ISO 9001:2005 certification is an advantage.
Has outstanding track record as a human resource generalist.
Strong communications, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Assertive, courageous, and output oriented.
Thinks outside the box and innovative.
Nimble and resilient.
Proficient in the use of MS OFFICE (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
