Duties and Responsibilities:
-The Employee Relations Specialist handles overall ER functions such as (but not limited to):
-Handling employee concerns
-Verifying cases endorsed by operations to HR and handling disciplinary conferences
-Handling Labor Cases
-Should also be equipped to handle other HR functions as needed
Qualifications:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College -Degree in Human Resource Management,
-Humanities/Liberal Arts, Psychology, Business courses or equivalent.
-At least 1 year of work experience in HR specializing in -Labor Relations is required for this position.
-Good understanding of Philippine Labor Laws
-Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
-Solid background in all facets of HR
