Company Benefits Administration Ensure proper application and availment of employee compensation and benefits scheme Ensure efficient enrolment and cancellation of employee health and group life insurance and other related benefits Process government mandated benefits in relation to amount of claims, check request and filing of reimbursements Documentation and Processing of Performance Management Activities Process employment status change including regularization and promotion Prepare proper documentation of employee information change, appointment letter and notices concerning employment status Ensure efficient process and documentation in the application of salary changes Record Keeping and Maintenance In-charge of all HR reports required by the government Provide Finance Department with all HR related data to facilitate statistical reports Prepare payroll report for salary change Update employment records in relation to available/remaining company-provided benefits Effective Communication Coordinate with line supervisors and management heads for timely submission of performance review forms in relation to regularization, promotion and other employment information changes Ensure proper and timely disseminating of internal memo through different communication channels - email, telephone, notice boards, etc. Maintain regular contacts with relevant local authorities and ensure a comprehensive knowledge of current labor regulations Respond to employee inquiries and concerns
