In this role, You will be responsible in providing first level resolution on the following concerns: Preboarding (PageUp, Applicant queries, Referral), Onboarding (Employment Screening, Mobility, Psych Assessment), Benefits, Data Management, Performance, Learning, HRIS, Payroll, Salary Packaging and Leave Management, Remuneration & Rewards, Reporting / Metrics, External clients (e.g., applicants, 3rd party, terminated employees etc.), Ensure assigned cases are responded to within defined SLA and with a high level of accuracy and customer support, Re-assign cases to Tier 2, process owner or alternate escalation as appropriate, Establish working relationships with key HR stakeholders and Participate on HR Service Desk projects and initiatives as required.
