Responsibilities:
Work in all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, providing training, and handling employee grievances.
Manage and oversee the evaluation of employee performance.
Oversee and maintain company government business compliance.
Lead a team of Admin and HR staff.
Assist the Management team as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent working experience as a Human Resource Manager in a company: 5 or more years
Must have experience in IT/Software Development industry.
Knowledge of HR system and database.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skill to work with English.
In-depth knowledge of PH labor law and HR best practices.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
