The Role
As an HR Reports Officer, you will be responsible for reports management, workforce planning, manpower complement reporting, performance appraisal, and promotion administration.
How you'll contribute
Attends to employee inquiries on goal setting, performance assessment, and other system-related concerns.
Maintains and updates HR databases for both SBC and its subsidiaries.
Handles the timely submission of internal and HR regulatory reports and ad-hoc reports requested by management as needed.
Responsible for the preparation of Bank-wide Table of Organization (T.O.) and safekeeping of Business Units' T.O.
Creates advice for unit creation and managed position in adrenalin and sends an instruction to Records Section for employee movements such as transfers, promotions, etc.,
Updates changes (employee movements, reporting lines, etc.,) in eSource Manager.
Generates and prepares reports related to performance management.
Prepares/uploads promotion and merit increase memos in Adrenalin.
Populates the template with the necessary information for promo/ merit processing.
Prepares and releases the announcement of newly promoted employees after each cycle (July).
Prepares data and reports on off-season promotion and anti-attrition statistics.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Reports generation and administration
With experience in records management, basic statistical functions, and formula, basic organization structure principles
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft excel
Ability to coordinate and communicate with different departments and teams, detail-oriented, organized, able to manage large amounts of information
