Create and publish job ads in different Job sites and social media
Collaborate with hiring managers or supervisors to set qualification criteria for future employees
Screen resumes and job applications based on the requirement
Conduct initial interview via phone and Face-to-Face
Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
Participate in job fairs, LRA and other Job activities
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role in a manpower agency esp. in manufacturing company
Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Jobstreet, Indeed, and others.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
Good written and verbal communications skills
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or another related field.
1-3 years of experience as a recruiting specialist with a track record of employee placement.
The ability to work within a team and to coordinate team activities.
