HR RECRUITMENT SERVICES - GERMAN SPEAKER
 
Roles & Responsibilities:
Screens candidates from the European Economic Area and Non-European Economic Area
Reviews applications using the established screening criteria
Identifies whether applications are to be further processed, pending feedback, or are for rejection
Maintains the implementation of the criteria in screening applications
Communicates and integrates consistently with Berlin counterparts
Handles and coordinates problem-solving and process escalations
Delivers the expected number of processed applications per day, as set by the manager
Qualifications:
German language proficiency - at least B1 level
English language proficiency - speaks and writes business language fluently
Degree in Business/Commerce
Very particular with details
Communicative, open to sharing comments, asking questions, and receiving feedback
Displays a positive and proactive attitude
Good knowledge and experience in Office tools; Taleo exposure preferred
Recruiting processes preferably with an international background
High regard for integrity with good work ethics
