Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to optimize hiring
RequirementsRequirements:
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
1+ year of hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit (preferred)
Experience with quick-hire/urgent recruitment processes
Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
