Hiring and Recruitment
Assist with pre-employment requirements and contract signing
Administer pre-regularization assessments
Employee Relations
With knowledge in labor relations and human resource inquiries related to policies and procedures.
Provide labor relations advice to employees
Draft and issuance of memos (Notice to Explain/Show Cause memo, Notice to Administrative Hearing, Notice of Decision, coaching plans, corrective action forms)
Requirements
Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
Ability to form a working relationship with people at all levels
Highly organized and good at time management
Independent, self-starter who can work with speed and accuracy.
General knowledge of employment laws and best practices
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Any Business course, Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
